Pole Position Travel offers a unique programme for the weekend:
FRIDAY 11/May
11:00 - 14:00 'Superbikes and Champagne' reception.
View a private showing of top limited edition sportsbikes with buffet, caviar, champagne, and people on hand ready to show you the finer points... (and take your order if you are so tempted...!) These are models you are unlikely to see in showrooms!
c. 15:00 optional excursion to the world famous Jodrell Bank Observatory
18:30 - Veterans Drinks & Dinner. We are inviting a few top veterans (& bikes!) of the sport, notably 6 time World Champion Jim Redman, to join us for dinner and tell tales of the old days. Unique opportunity to lift a few with living legends!
SATURDAY 12/May
10:00 - 16:00 Bike Exhibition at Northwich (we run a coach to/from the event)
18:30 - VIP Dinner with the Stars. Enjoy an exclusive private dinner with some of Britain’s top riders (Danny Webb, Scott Redding and others TBA). Space on this is VERY restricted - it is ONLY Pole Position customers and invited guests.
20:00 - Evening of the stars. Following dinner, our guests take the stage and we take front row seats for a more public Q&A hosted by Steve Parrish.
SUNDAY 13/May
08:00 - 17:00 Race day. Exhibitions open all day. Technical inspections and practice sessions in morning. We take you there and back. We also get ‘back stage’ passes giving us insider access to the bikes & riders (not to mention the Bennetts Babes...!)
12:00 The Cavalcade. Over 200 vehicles, including most participants and other eye-catching products of internal combustion wheel through town,
13:20 Opening ceremony including Spitfire Acrobatic display and lap of honour.
13:40-17:00 The Thundersprint. The time trials across many classes from pre-war classics to modern superbikes! We have reserved grandstand seats.
18:00 We return you to the hotel or you can join one of the many heaving town pubs celebrating another mad weekend in Nothwich! We have been known to end up with a few of the riders over beer...
MONDAY 14/May
Check out or stay an enjoy the fabulous facilities of the Cranage Hall!
Join us for a wacky weekend with the stars at Britain’s own ‘Race in a car park’
If you’ve never been to the Thundersprint it is hard to comprehend what a weird and wonderful weekend it is!
Join >100,000 people watching bikes from classics of the 1920s to modern superbikes and GP racing machine battle it out on time trials in a car park!

GETTING THERE
Our packages presume you make your own way to Cranage Hall. We can organise pickups from MANCHESTER AIRPORT or CREWE TRAIN STATION (both 20 mins away). Alternatively make your way to the local train station Holmes Chapel, which is just 5 minutes away and grab a taxi.
